Introduction

The X Homing offset tells the printer where the print area (build plate) effectively starts as the "home position" for x – the place at which X carriage hits the X endstop – puts the nozzle off the build plate.

If the offset isn't set, under some conditions, the proximity sensor may cause problems trying to sense off the edge of the plate.

  1. Settings > X Homing Offset X Homing Offset = "10" = 10mm

    • Settings > X Homing Offset

    • X Homing Offset = "10" = 10mm

    • Y homing Offset = "0" = 0mm
