Secure the Inner Back acrylic to the table using the C-clamp with the holes that you are planning to tap hanging over the edge
-
you will have to move the acrylic several times durring this process to allow new holes to be accessed for tapping
-
The acrylic needs to mostly be on the table to avoid any breaking or cracking while you modify the part.

-
Dip the tip of your M3 Tap into the Lubricant and while holding the drill as straight as you can. ( two handed is ok too) Tap the hole that needs modification.
-
You will need to reverse the drill to remove the tap from the acylic, if you try and force it you can damage the threads or the tap itself.
-
Wipe the acrylic debris from the tap using a small piece of paper towel or cloth and repeat the previous steps .

Almost done!
