Introduction

In this guide, we put together the basis of the JellyBOX frame, or, "box."

  2. Find "Start Here" etched on the bottom panel. That's your bottom left. Find "Start Here" etched on the bottom panel. That's your bottom left.

  3. Align the etched rectangular pattern on Bottom with Left. 5'' zip ties

    • Tighten by hand only.

    • Position the zip tie heads on the bottom. (bottom of Bottom :-)

  4. Add the Inner Back. 5'' zip ties
    • Add the Inner Back.

    • Tighten by hand only.

    • Position the zip tie heads on the bottom. (bottom of Bottom :-)

  5. Add Right. 5'' zip ties Tighten by hand only.
    • Add Right.

    • 5'' zip ties

    • Tighten by hand only.

    • Position the zip tie heads on the bottom. (bottom of Bottom :-)

  6. Use vice grips to tighten the zip ties and trim the tails with your snips. Regular tight is enough.

    • Alternatively, use a zip tie gun.

  7. Done. Done.

This step took us about 10 minutes. Can I suggest adding "Peel off all the plastic coatings before assembling?"

Great point on the peeling. We used to have a whole section on Acrylic Peeling, but it didn't survive recent build streamlining. I'll inject it somewhere.
