My JellyBOX 2.0 heated bed came with a cold bed

I have a JB-Marlin-2.0-RC4.2 JellyBOX 2.0 “Heated Bed”, according to the firmware.

However, this JellyBOX came with a “Cold Bed”.

This causes an error when I test the bed or try to print because it wants to communicate with something that is not there. Is there any way I can make it ignore the non-existent heated bed? I don’t care that the bed is cold, I just want it to work.

Thanks.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi….

The packaging of your JellyBOX should clearly state whether you have cold or heated bed. Take the silicone bed heater as the ultimate tell: If you see an orange pad with a wire in your kit, that's the heated bed. If you don't see this part you have cold bed.
