How do I reset the heating bed

I have printed several things initially and it was working fine, turned the printer off for several weeks and turned the Jellybox on today - keep receiving an error message when trying to print a basic print from the SD card (PLA) files - message states: ERR: MINTEMP BED, PRINTER HALTED, Please Reset.

I went to another response to a printer bed issue within this forum and wiggled wires, turned off several times, unplugged wires and re-plugged - I Can’t get the printer to reset.

Please advise - I can’t print
